We're So Ready For October

It’s October gals! That means it’s the month of Halloween, cosy evenings and one too many pumpkin spiced lattes! If you gals are anything like us you’ll be just as obsessed with everything autumnal as we are! So, to mark the start of Autumn, we thought we would share why we love October SO much and some of our fave seasonal things to do...

 

1. Autumnal Walks

There’s nothing we love more than a cosy Sunday! Whether that’s snuggling up with a warm drink and catching up on Netflix, or taking a chilled stroll through the countryside. Us gals at CL just adore autumnal colours and a country walk is the perfect way to enjoy the season! ... And yes we do love a classic Insta pic of us amongst the leaves!

 

2. Cosy Clothing, Chic Style

Every Queen loves her shorts and cute summer dresses but right now, we are SO ready to pack them away in exchange for cosy clothes! The thought of chunky knits, bobble hats and thigh high boots is getting us so excited and we cannot wait to start styling up some outfits!

3. Lusting Over Homeware

You gals know how obsessed we are with home ware and the autumn season is no exception! Now the nights are drawing in and the evenings are getting chillier, we love creating a relaxing and cosy environment to unwind and let the stresses of being a Queen just float away!

Our fave was to create ourselves a cosy nest is filling our home with snuggly blankets, fluffy cushions, hundreds of twinkle lights and of course – an endless supply of autumnal scented candles!

 

4. Picking Pumpkins

Nothing screams October quite like pumpkins! For the perfect autumnal day out with your gals how about going pumpkin picking! Us gals at CL go every year and we are just obsessed!  It’s so much fun and perfect for getting you in the Halloween spirit!

PS. Remember to pick extra, how else are you going to make pumpkin pies and cookies!

 

5. Spooktacular Parties

The one you’ve all been waiting for gals, Halloween! The one time of year when it’s perfectly acceptable to take style inspo from Regina George and go OTT with face paint and glitter! We’re super excited this year for dressing up and throwing a fabulous Halloween party!
