With autumn just around the corner, us gals at CL are already prepping our wardrobe, (it’s never too early for a cosy jumper right?). We’re SO ready for snuggling up in cosy knits with a hot chocolate in hand, that we thought it was only fair to share our FAVE autumnal fashion pieces with you gals...
1. Keeping Cosy In Jumpers
Effortlessly chic and just perfect for the autumn season, us gals are obsessed with knitted jumpers. Whether it’s a cable knit, roll neck or super oversized, we're seriously feeling those autumn vibes! Teamed with a pair of jeans or tucked into a skirt, we’re loving this pink knit for a sassy yet seasonal look!
2. Dressing in Jeans
Where would us gals be without a fabulous pair of jeans?! An all year round essential, jeans are perfect for creating a casual but autumnal style. Whether you’re teaming them with an oversized knit or a fabulous autumnal jacket, jeans are our current go to, now more than EVER.
PS. As it’s getting chillier, us gals pack away the ripped jeans and go for a more chic and classic style.
3. The Classic Black Boots
Time to hang up those sassy heels gals and treat yourself to a new pair of winter boots – (as if we needed an excuse). Go for a classic style with a block heel and side zip for a classy and timeless look! But if you’re like us and want a more sassy and bad-ass vibe, a pair of patent boots are ideal. Such a statement and perfect for taking you from day to night.
4. Elegant Jackets and Chic Coats
After months of browsing, is it finally acceptable to buy coats and jackets? We think so! There’s nothing us gals love more than picking up a fresh, classy and seriously sophisticated coat to take us through the autumn season and into winter.
For a sassy and quirky style, an oversized suede aviator jacket is perfect – pair with a chunky knit and a messy bun for a seriously chilled vibe. For that every day every day #girlboss vibe, (our fave) a classic tailored boyfriend coat is essential! So classic, so chic and oh so glam, a camel coloured boyfriend coat should be your number one this season.
5. Swooning Over Scarves
Nothing screams autumn quite like an oversized scarf and this season we just can’t get enough! Whether you chose a classic autumnal colour or opt for a more trend led check print, an oversized scarf is the perfect accessory for throwing on and instantly looking put together!
6. Chilled vibes and Bobble Hats
Possibly our FAVE part of autumn dressing EVER, is hats! When we’re not wearing our crowns, a bobble hat is our autumn style go to! Whether your adding accessories to your outfit or just covering up a bad hair day, bobble hats are essential to your autumn wardrobe.
Us gals LOVE huge bobbles but if that’s not your thing, a simple beanie is perfect for the ‘model of duty’ look!
