5 Reasons To Love October
Happy 1st October huns...
If your not already digging out your cosy jumpers, drinking ALL the hot chocolates and planning your Halloween party, where have you even been?!
For us gals at CL, October couldn't be a more exciting time and we truly love nothing more than going for cosy walks and snuggling up in the evening. Obvs, we're totally sad that the summer tan has gone and we've put the Pina Coladas away, but we've come up with 5 reasons why October is such a fabulous month....
1. Autumn #OOTD
Up first has got to be autumn fashion!
From cosy knits to bobble hats, us gals cannot get enough of autumn/winter style. Here in the UK, the weather is slowly transitioning in to crisp mornings and early evenings which makes for perfect jumper and jacket weather. And let's face it, who doesn't love getting all wrapped up and cosy?
This year we're all about those typical autumn colours, burnt orange, oxblood red and camel - not only are they all totally on trend, but it gives one serious nod to the season.
2.Cosy Nights
I'm sure you gals will agree that there's nothing quite like coming in from the cold and snuggling up under all the blankets whilst sipping on a marshmallow filled hot chocolate?!
To set up the perfect autumn evening, put your cosiest pj's on, watch your FAVE Netflix series and grab a plate full off cookies - trust us huns, it's the best!
If your like us and want to go all out, light some seasonal candles. Anything pumpkin, cinnamon or apple scented is perfect.
3. Decorations
Whoever said decorations were just for Christmas, couldn't be more wrong!
Apart from the fact that @mikobowen door steps are absolute goals, we're so excited to decorate CL HQ, and our own homes.
From twinkle lights and pumpkins, to candles and cushions, we're so excited to spend the month making our space extra cosy and autumnal.
4. Cosy Coffee and Sweet Treats
Who else is guilty of already indulging in all the Pumpkin Spiced Lattes?!
If your like us and are in serious need of afternoon pick me ups, then this time of year is perfect for enjoying all the seasonal spices and warming hot chocolates.
Right now our go to's are obvs PSL, Baileys hot chocolates and our number one, cinnamon lattes! And let's face it gals, who needs to worry about a beach bod in autumn?!

5. Happy Halloween
Lastly but not least we have Halloween!
Love it or hate it huns, us gals always look forward to dressing up, planning parties and having an absolute Halloween baking fest.
