A brand new year is upon us huns and after the weirdest and possibly most stressful year EVER, what better time to get our creative, motivational juices flowing and to make 2021 and ourselves happy!

TIDY YOUR SPACE

It's true isn't it? We always feel so organised and stress free when our homes or work space are fresh and spotless. For those work from home chicas, a tidy office and desk means you can start your day the right way. It's so much nicer winding down in a clean space after a long day of being a boss babe. Tidy room = tidy mind!

SKIN CARE

It's time to use up those all those cute lotions and products you got from your Auntie this Christmas gals! Nailing a good skin care routine is the first and most important part of self care. From simple things like just moisturising every morning before your day starts and every evening before you sleep to an 8 step cleanse, wash and tone routine. It makes ALL the difference babes. You’ll thank yourself in years to come too!

RING A LOVED ONE

A simple 15 minute phone call with a loved one that you don't see everyday can be the best therapy like, ever. It doesn’t just make your day but it’ll make theirs too and that's priceless. We all need a good gossip and catch up every now and again, right?

Being in the kitchen and cooking dinner for a gals night in or baking a birthday cake for your work friends or for a family member is always fun. Making sweet treats for you and your besties is a winner. It's nice to concentrate on something that isn't a screen once in a while.

MOVE MORE

Staying active and on your feet is a game changer huns. By no means are we saying become a gym bunny ASAP but by taking the stairs more or going on a few breezy walks a few times a week is good for your body and mind. Exercise is such a stress reliever and really lifts your spirits. Get some fresh air in your lungs!

RETAIL THERAPY

It goes without saying that you aren't doing it right if you aren't treating yourself every now and again! We all deserve a treat, especially after 2020. Stock up on some new make up bits, some of the cutest clothes and fluffy pyjamas for a gals sleepover. You deserve it!

LEARN A NEW SKILL

Invest your spare time wisely and why not teach yourself something new. Learn a new language, start up a blog, read more, paint or start to play a new instrument! You don't need to be the best to enjoy something. It might be fun!
